What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email once your package is dispatched.
How do you ensure fragile items like ceramics don't break during transit?
We use premium, multi-layered sustainable packaging, including honeycomb paper wrap and sturdy corrugated boxes, specifically designed to protect delicate glassware and dinnerware from impact.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for most items. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please share an unboxing video with our support team within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a replacement.
Are your dinnerware products microwave and dishwasher safe?
Most of our ceramic collections are microwave and dishwasher safe. However, items with gold or silver rims are not suitable for microwave use. Please check the 'Care Instructions' on the specific product page.
Do you offer international shipping?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes across the country.
